During your time, our full attention is on helping you find pieces, build outfits, and explore the collection at your own pace. Booking also allows us to prepare specific items in advance, including bringing in pieces from storage if needed. **Booking Details** * Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute time slots * Sessions are flexible and may run longer — there is no strict cutoff * You are welcome to take your time while shopping **Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling** * Appointments are completely free * No fees for cancellations or missed appointments * If you miss your appointment, no worries — simply book another one anytime **Late Arrivals** * Running late is completely fine * Your appointment will still be honored, and we’ll make the most of your time **Confirmation** * We may reach out the night before or prior to your appointment to confirm * If you don’t receive a confirmation, feel free to call or text us anytime **Our Approach** This system exists purely to create a better experience — not to restrict you.
