Exchange Policy for Wrong Size Chosen
If you ordered an item in the wrong size and need to exchange it for a larger or smaller size there is a $30 fee. A portion of this fee will cover a return label and shipping of the replacement item. Please follow these steps:
Approval: Contact us via text to get the exchange approved.
Place New Order: Place a new order for the correct size online.
Enter coupon code "EXCHANGE": During the checkout process.
Choose Shipping option "exchange fee"when completing the order.
Next You must ship the incorrect item back to us within 48 hours of placing the new order.
Text Tracking Info: Text us the tracking information for the return shipment.
Item Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the new item, we will ship the correct one to you.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need to expedite your order and cut the processing line, we offer a Rush Processing service for an additional $40 fee, not including the cost of expedited shipping to the courier.

Estimated Shipping Times within the U.S.
Once shipped, Priority Mail orders typically take an estimated 5 business days to arrive within the U.S. Please be aware that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
For Next Day shipping, please keep in mind that while most U.S. addresses receive packages within 1 day, it may take up to 2 days using this shipping method, considering processing time. Signature Confirmation Option

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a claim has been submitted it may take some time for the matter to be resolved. Once the courier concludes their investigation we will be able to replace items up to $350 worth. If these items are no longer in stock we will show you new options.
